It is our great pleasure and privilege to welcome you to the 9th International Symposium on Women's Health Issues in Thrombosis and Haemostasis that will take place on October 1-3, 2021.
Due to the continuing global COVID-19 pandemic with its substantial impact on our personal and professional lives, WHITH 2021 will be held in an all-virtual format.
This biennial meeting, focusing on novel pathophysiological mechanisms and emerging clinical issues related to haemostasis, thrombosis and vascular biology in women, has become a major event attracting haematologists, gynecologists, obstetricians, cardiologists, neonatologists and all those involved in research and clinical practice in this rapidly evolving field. Nowadays, in the COVID-19 era, thrombosis and haemostasis issues appear to be even more relevant, as they represent one of the major challenges the medical community is facing.
While these are turbulent times, we are hopeful that, like in previous years, participants from all over the world will attend and contribute to the success of the meeting. We wish you and your families good health and look forward to seeing you at WHITH 2021
